Absa understaffed
We have been sitting here at the Absa Clearwater Mall since 09h00 this morning in the customer service que. It is one hour and 45min later and we are still not helped. It is month end and there are only 2 counters open. The 3rd one is empty. The lady said the 3rd person is on vacation. Which is strange, cause I have been here beginning of February and "she was also on vacation" then already. The branch manager said they do not have enough staff. Really?
Thank goodness I am not a client of Absa.
