Absa Uncleared transactions
ABSAs customer service is broken. My money is stuck in uncleared transactions for months. I call, they tell me to email a specific address, but ALL my emails bounce back since June. It feels like my money is being held hostage . I want my money reversed into my account immediately and this issue fixed.
