Absa unauthorized transactions - cleanned out my account

Quite sad that I have to write a review complaining about how unprotected I feel by Absa. For the second time, I found myself seating with a zero balance in my account because there's some unauthorized transactions that went of from lastnight and this morning. Decided to go to the bank and I am told to wait for 10 working days and that I will need to redo my card. This is the second time that I halve to redo my card for these reasons. Can someone please recommend a better bank? If it's not absa deducting unauthorized amounts, it's ridiculously high bank charges. I've been woth absa for over 20 years now and I have never felt so under-valued as a customer. Why do we have to ask for bare minimum?! I'm seriously considering the change. This is not right.
