Absa unauthorised actions

I have been retrenched more than a year ago and have not been able to find employment to date. I have informed ABSA, but heard nothing from them. Today I received a sms stating that I have insurance for this. Why have I not been informed when visiting the bank? They have taken funda from my savings account towards my credit cars, where my son in law sent me funds to pay my car and to obtain my chronic medication. Now I cannot even use my savings account where my son gifted my funds to survive on, as they have put a hold on that also. My main account is a cheque account, which I have not been using for quite some time. I will certainly be changing banks as soon as possible and will not advise anyone to do business with them
