ABSA unable to verify (fica) 40 year old ABSA acccounts.

Absa's service is absolutely disgusting. For the past 5 months they could not (even though we send them the necessary documents every months) get it right to fica the accounts our church have had at Absa for the past 40 years. And every month it means that we have to start the process all over again. Calling different people. Waiting for their respobs. Paying our workers late. And then (miraculously) they get our account to work. For a week or two. And then they once again stop our transactions. "Because the account could net be verified"?! And I just wonder: How many months or years it will take before ABSA get this to work as it should. Please try another bank when you consider opening a banking account.
