ABSA: Unable to provide cancellations requirements for Bond cancellation!!!

ESTATE Bond Cancellation:Failure to assist at NDE or Home Loans or Branch.

Following all prescribed channels none of the departments able or willing to assist with the cancellation of a bond in a deceased estate! What now? Estate can not be finalised anthe heir/beneficiaries prejudiced!!!
