Absa unable to protect my money

I am really disappointed in the services I am receiving from Absa which was once a great bank, every month i need to go into the bank for either ***** being committed on my account or debit orders going off unauthorized and Absa is unable to stop this, please can you refund my money urgently Eech month 3rd parties are debiting my account unauthorised even though I get promised it won't happen
