absa unable to open bank accounts
Seems ABSA is unable to open bank accounts anymore. I app**** for a bank account for my son , submitted all the documentation and then waited. A week later I followed up. nothing but an automated email. Followed up again and again , only automated messages Its now been 3 months , guess you don't need new business.

Several copies , which were lost by absa , I have emails to prove this. At no time have you done any kind of investigation and then you close the call. This is an example of the bad service delivered by absa and from a manger and supposed customer care. It seems that absa has a great deal to learn about customer care.
