Absa unable or unwilling to cancel a cession on a policy

I have been sent from pillar to post and regardless of the amounts of emails NOBODY at Absa seems to be able to know how to assist me. Or are they just not willing to assist? Contact numbers that were provided either are not in use anymore or are simply not answered. How do I go about to get hold of someone that can actually assist?
