ABSA Ultimate Warranty with the Administrator being Innovation Group (PTY) Ltd
Hi, I recently had to claim from my ABSA Ultimate Warranty with the Administrator being Innovation Group (PTY) Ltd, I was unfortunately told my warranty won't pay, I recently did research and found that Innovation Group (PTY) Ltd has a reputation for not paying out. The vehicles oil pump packed up due to sludge yet all my services is up to date, I tried contacting the call centre to follow up on #256366 but instead, they could not help me and transferred me only to be kept on hold for 30 minutes with the call being dropped eventually, I am moving all my investments and accounts away from ABSA because clearly, I am just a number.
