ABSA *****ulent department are useless

Hi I don’t know what to do anymore after being messed around by the absa ***** department were they told me they need a police case number were I reported the 2 *****ulent transactions on my bank account I when I mailed to them they came back say I need an affidavit as well so I had to go back to police station again I did that and mailed them back on the 29 of December 2025. I have mailed them numerous time asking for feedback and I just get the same email back say they will respond within 48 hour the last mail after complaining said that my mail was forwarded to the case investigator and still no answer this is bad for such a well known company
