ABSA Tzaneen poor service

I wanted to change my verification method from the app back to SMS so i called the customer care services which then sent me to my nearest branch . went to ABSA Tzaneen branch today after spending almost an hour was not helped because the consultant that assisted me doesn't know what to do instead of helping me she made matters worse because now she deactivated things on my account that i use almost daily at the end she tells me i must call them again tomorrow . I'm mad as hell .Went to the branch with one problem came back with 20 problems .how is this good service ABSA
