Absa tulbagh. No teller

What is the use of having a bank in your town with no teller and nobody to service the ATM's. We just had a big function this past weekend and I have a lot of cash to bank. Great was my surprise when the tellers cannot take cash deposits and there is no teller that can assist you, because the lady with the keys is of sick for the rest of the week.what is the problem with head office. Can't they think for themselves what if that teller lady is booked of sick for 2 or more weeks, what must we do with our cash. Keep it under one's bed till it gets ******. Is absa going to reimburse us for money lost. What about the interest we are loosing for not having our money in the bank. Tulbagh absa got the best staff but this situation is making everyone in town mad at them. I also think then when you cannot give us the service that we pay monthly fees for, you should not charge us fees. The closest absa is 40km from my town. So is absa going to put petrol in my car to get to the bank with a suitcase full of money.
