absa trying to get out of paying out on credit life by **********ly filling in false form of cancellation

it seems absa is the most complained about bank in south africa .... am i suprised??? No not after all the muck up i am going through with them. They actually employ people who commit ***** !!!!! This has been reported to teh faisombud, ombudsman for banking, ombudsman for long term insurance, sa consumer council, absa life, fsca, safps, the nct and i can go on. How can a bank get away with trying to get out of paying out on credit life insurance and get someone in the bank to forge my signature and to fill in a form on my behalf cancelling the life insurance ????? And then i get fingers pointed at me by the ombudsman for long term insurance when i am asked " so i didnt sign a form cancelling the credit life". What??????? Does someone just think because i am getting a bit old that i "forgot" that i recieved a form filled it in (in someone else's handwriting) got my cellphone number wrong ... and the ombudsman has the cheek to send this to me as an attachment and she doesnt even question the fact that the form is NOT dated ; NOT stamped by absa: NOT signed by anyone at absa and someone has superimposed my signature on the form ..... I tell you if i was rich i would sue absa for this - how dare anyone try such a sneaky trick in order to try and get out of paying out on the credit life insurance. I get this and before this i have to put up with been conned three times by first a builder, then a car salesman then a so called lawyer and on top of this i have to go through this all on my own because my only relative my dad passed away with alzheimers. I thank you very much absa because over the past few months you have absolutely ruined my life - i was trying to get out of debt by selling off my car and getting rid of my credit card i was going to get an overdraft instead i got talked into a massive loan - and have had nothing but hassles since that happened - i will never recommend absa because i have been treated rudely and with no respect even by the ombudsman. I think you should get your managing director to sort this out because it seems to me no one else knows that they are doing,.
