ABSA TRYING TO CLAIM THE SAME DEBT TWICE,CREDIT SCORE NOT UPDATED

Absa is the weirdest bank to ever exist, they are somewhat *****lent because i took a personal loan back in 2025 for R10,000, they loaded an overdraft i never requested for R20,000 and in mid 2025 i repay both accounts by transferring both amounts into the personal loan account and another loan account that reflects a r20,000 sum.needed but absa only acknowledges it in february! But just the personal for R10,000 not the R20,000 loan and till this day the personal loan has not been closed on my credit profile, they even sent a paid up letter of the account. But on the R20,000 they are saying i owe IT! they keep sending different debt collecters. The first one was SSDA i told them i repaid it and they never emailed me again! Then they siwtched to other collectors!! Its been a total of 3 debt collectors contacting me daily about a debt thats should be closed. They have failed to provide the bank statement from the day i paid the R10k loan because i paid both loans same day a simple look would show. Now they have frozen my app and continue to harrass me daily, non of the agents are of help they keep saying the same thing. Absa is trying to claim the same debt TWICE Thats why they switch collectors regulary.
