Absa Trust/Estates ( Durban) - Worse customer service ever

My mom passed 4 yrs ago and Absa-Estates has failed to transfer her property to us. With long emails sent back and forth and minimal feedback and no expectations set. So when I finally expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that I will not be " bored" with in-house processes, which obviously take years after you have paid them for the services. Im sure when my mom took out the plan, it was meant to give us some piece, alternatively, it has been a headache. Worst customer services ever, no empathy whatsoever. Im part of a tele-communications industry and customer experience matters more than customer service. They have it the other way round. I was dealing with Claudine Lindon and Nombuso.
