ABSA TRUST - USELESS
I have notified the ABSA TRUST department on the 23rd May 2017 that my mother had passed away and in her testament it was specified that they were appointed as the trustees to handle her estate. I received a mail that they acknowledge my email. On enquiry, today, 29th August 2019, I was informed that ABSA had not done anything or notified anybody of her death. This is extremely unprofessional and I am concerned that they do not care due to the fact that her estate is worth nothing. When her will was drawn up in 1976, she had substantial assets.
