To whom this may concern.

I have a complaint against Absa Trust Services and the people who is handling my funds.

1st of all it is always an issue to get hold of them, I send numerous emails with no response, I phone and they are always sick or on study leave or in some kind of meeting.

My trust officer is Sune Diedericks, her manager is Akonha Williams. The arrogance of these people is shocking and the level of service I receive is not acceptable. I am a client, with pver 1milj rand in my trust account and a R900,000 property and the way I am being treated is like a ***** or a begger at the robot.

We all go through tough obstacles in life and every now and then we hit rock bottom financially, especially cause I am a car salesman its not always going that well and sometimes very bad.

Ive asked them to help me to pay my accounts that is is in arrears or even settle these accounts as I really dont want to start my 2020 in this fashion with so much arrears debt.

They claim that the funds should last forever, but the reality is that is my money and Im not going to live forever, I had severe injuries due to my accident and the RAF paid me for my losses but I have to beg to get my own funds.

I would like for someone to take care of this matter as I am done wasting my breath for these people to help me and to try and talk to them.

Every single request gets declined, over December when my trust officer was on leave, a lady by the name of Blessing Ndou was so nice and professional, and she got my medical aid paid in 1 day. So I almost feel like Im being victimized by my trust officer and her manager as if "they are gatvol" of me and just declines everything that I ask of them.

The reality is that funds are not going to last forever If I die tomorrow and there is all that money left I will go to heaven ****ed off to be honest. I got paid gor my emotional and physical losses and I dont deserve to battle to get my funds in this manner.
