Absa Trust refusing to give me access to my funds.

Absa trust holding my money when I need to buy a house for my fiance n 2 kids, we are sharing a one room with a 13 year old n a 3 year old. They have been giving me R4500 interest since 2016, I have sent letters and request for a help to buy a house for my family. They have been declining every request for funds I have debts from previous years which I cant pay I am being called by debt collectors everyday when they are refusing to give me my money. They advised that I can only buy a house for R350 000 I am not sure if there is a house for this amount then I am told the attorneys (Ntshangase Attorneys) should authorize my request for funds. I was promised I will get funds Jan 2018 to date 9 am still waiting and trying to contact them with fail. The banker for the Trust Acc is Akhona Williams Please help I am in need my kids are suffering.
