ABSA TRUST (PSADMIN) Deceased Estate - *****!!!!!

I am truly HORRIFIED that ABSA TRUST was listed by my now deceased mother to find out that they SUBCONTRACT this service to PSADMIN.

I have been dealing with the attorneys and lawyers for my mothers estate through psadmin and now I am told my the lawyer to PAY MY DECEASED MOTHERS MEDICAL AID????

That is *****. This is totally not acceptable and I expect this matter to be addressed ASAP. The medical aid wrote a letter which is DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID to the attorney and lawyer who is dealing with my deceased mothers estate wanting PAYMENT FOR ANOTHER MONTH?????

The Lawyer then emails me (daughter) informing ME I MUST PAY THIS AMOUNT OF OVER R4500!!!! She had been Dead since 1 August 2017??? This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND IS ALSO *****. How is it AT ALL POSSIBLE to have MEDICAL AID for a dead person?????

This has made me extremely angry and this treatment is just totally unacceptable.

I want this addressed TODAY or I report ABSA TRUST to PASA AND SARB including the medical aid Ombudsman for *****.

It is totally unacceptable that a person with a law degree would ACTUALLY WRITE AN EMAIL TO A RELATIVE ASKING FOR MONEY FOR A DEAD PERSON???

I want some answers ASAP .
