Estate through objection by the family who had the closest relationship with deceased allowed a claim by a known ***** that was *****ing assets, then further making claims of huge proportion, with an ex-Master as the claimants attorney allowed this to occur with NO proof whatsoever, as well as not consideration the merit of my objection thus being complicit in *******ion, kicking away the heir and not seeking justice for the heir in hearing the truth, where the heir was restricted by the claimant from staying in his own home, and the Master ignored this, and theft on multiple accounts and resale of assets pocketed by the claimant with NO legal relationship to the deceased. The executors made no effort to plead with Master in best interests of the heir, or the estate, thus now have made a second Distribution account, which has no deduction in claims against the estate for R10k's of thousands ****** by the claimant, and no effort made to seek justice against the claimant.
This goes through Absa's complaint department, and nothing ever gets done about it. Will no stand for it. If Absa wants free publicity will begin seeking journalists to cover front pages ads. Us as the family of the deceased do not deserve further disrespect or disservice, or injustice.
They didn't allow a no start review so added a 1.

Objectively until proven otherwise they are more interested in taking your money, other companies like Sanlam offered me a reduction in executors' fees and promised to resolve these issues I face which wouldn't be recovered just on 0.5million in a estate shortfall purely caused by ABSA not listening to family requests to place security in place since day 1.
They will place you in a position to blame you and have a panel of team colleagues agree that they are being professional while not knowing a single thing about your family's wishes which stand clear per their Will in which the estate should be distributed in terms of since in this case there was no proof whatsoever of any liabilities in the estate.
If there is an attorney reading this who stands by me to contact me, or others that feel the same or have experienced the same treatment I urge you to contact your local news reporters, for this be in the interest of public security in the combatting against ******** and *******ion.
