ABSA trust - Pathetic and Insensitive Service

My mother passed on recently and her will was with Absa trust in Bloemfontein, long story short communication was pathetic, after service is pathetic they’re not getting back to our new lawyers with crucial documentation.

Definitely won’t use them for a will ever again
