ABSA trust officer

I’ve been asking and sending requests for money to get stationary at my absa trust officer,is been a while now HANCE I’m here. He doesn’t respond to my emails,he just lies and say the request will be authorised by that day!!but nothing happens!!!a week passed while speaking the same thing!!!now I’m supposed to be receiving my tertiary allowance yesterday!nothing got in to my account!

He doesn’t communicate that guy!!he communicates when you ask him and say he was about to tell you that!!!! He doesn’t update on time if there are any documents I need to email to him!!!! It’s not the first time this guy is doing this kind of nonsense!! He is working with people,therefore he must communicate,he chose to be a trust officer !!even a simple email like I received your email it is up for checking!!he can’t do that!!HIS NAME IS PEEHA MAFIKENK !!!!!I don’t know what to say but I’ve heated enough of him!!!
