Absa Trust not responding to complaints and not contactable

Absa Trust and Deceased estate department cannot handle an estate. My executor is Mareese Joseph, I email and call her and never get any response. I have never spoken to her. I have emailed Elmarie de Beer and complained, she just forwarded the email and did not resolve my complaint. I want to be able to speak to my executor and get responses to my emails, if Absa cannot do that they must allocate my estate to attorneys whom are able and willing to help me.
