Absa Trust no progress in a year processing missed assets in estate.

My late mother's estate was processed by Absa Trust. A small number of unprocessed assets were discovered two years ago. We worked hard to have Absa Trust eventually reappointed as executor by the court but after an entire year they have progressed nowhere with it and there seems to be no end in sight. It is painful enough to live without your parents without also having to repeatedly beg their bank to fulfill their dying wishes so you can move on. It is unacceptable and the growing delay causes me ever greater distrust in Absa.
