Absa trust ltd careless about your WILL

ABSA trust Ltd, is busy assisting with my mum's estate late. They are the executor due to the will be done thru them. That seems to be the biggest mistake ever made. They are oblivious to what's happening with the estate due to them handing it over to TMJ, when you call thru to Absa they say they will follow up with the attorney. When you call the attorney they are not sure or they mix you up with someone else. We waste more time and money following up as the estate hangs in no Mans land. We where told in September 2021 they are almost done. Every month since when we call the attorney they give you the same answer. In my personal opinion anyone looking to use this service might as well do it privately as you just become a number that lost in the system. Absa trust as still not provided feedback since January and do not reply to mails.
