Absa Trust Limited complaint

Good morning

Once again I am in a very frustrating situation whereby I have a trust fund that was paid out to me

I have complained about bad service and requests for financial assistance just a few weeks ago and here I am again in the same boat

I am not being paid a salary as I have started a new company 3 months ago and I am on probation, therefore my company will not be assisting me with a basic salary. We are unfortunately in very hard times and no one asked for this pandemic to complicate our financial circumstances but this is the reality we are faced with

I am in the motor industry and we are not allowed to open and therefore I cannot generate any income, I still have things to pay on a monthly basis and need to buy food and other essentials etc etc.

I have been assisted with R2000 for April from my Trust Fund and I asked them for assistance for May as well and they are just refusing to assist me !! NO ONE CAN LIVE OF R2000 that is just ridiculous if anyone believes that one can live of R2000 for one month

And not to mention the delayed response via email, they were supposed to have paid my medical aid on the 30th of April and till this date I have still not received payment and that led to a lapsed policy, I have a 2 year old son who can get sick at any time, I cannot afford to be late with medical aid payments, I did however receive an email this morning saying that there is IT issues on the system (THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM)

I am a client of Absa with a lot of money "invested" in the hands of people I just do not get along with at all and are making living very hard for me.

They are currently working from home and their excuse is that they have bad network etc etc. As far as I am concerned one should have more time to reply to emails from home due to the fact that they do not have any physical other administrative tasks and meetings to attend

I have already sent an email to deputy master of the high court Ms. C Rossouw who handles trust funds and I will proceed in this fashion until I am being compensated for a fixed salary at least for the next 2 months until I am allowed to go back to work so I can take care of myself

My trust administrator is Sune Diedericks and her manager is Akhona Williams

I am sick and tired of being told "NO" for everything I ask for when this money is rightfully mine.

I would really appreciate if someone can assist me with this matter as this is getting out of hand. I will not accept falling behind with expenses and not have funds available to me
