ABSA TRUST LIES

My mother had a Will with ABSA TRUST years ago. They auctuoned our house so quick because they could get money from estate and we were left destitute with no home. ABSA recieved all their money.lts been 13 years since her estate was wrapped/closed. l am the only child left in my family and l had to claim money from my mothers pension. I needed to get a Letter of Authority, ABSA TRUST being the excutor did not want to provide me one so that they could once again benefit from the estate. When l asked the appointed executor so many questions about the claim he does not answer. GEPF has contacted me since November 2022 and ABSA TRUST still has not helped me instead they always have excuses regarding feedback. This claim was supposed to take about 3 months yet l am running after ABSA and no one gets back to me. The receptionist will take several messages and l have never recieved a call from anyone in the ABSA TRUST Bloemfontein branch. l have communicated with their lawyers through this ordeal the lies they even tell you...they repeat something they promised three months ago forgetting l have everything on record. They did not want to disclose how much they will charge for this even though The Master of the High Court informed me that they can only take 3.5%. l guess they want to invest the money on the market make a few bucks then payout when they satisfied...years later. Lawyers still think they can take advantage of people. l have asked them their complaints procedure and they obviously did not inform me. l sent them emails complaining and no one has come back to me.lts time we look into our own estates and who will be the exuctor. My mom trusted this people to take care of her legacy now because she is a corpse lawyers from ABSA take advantage. Be careful who you choose as an excutor that your children do not suffer like l have this year and in the past.
