Absa Trust incompetence

I am well aware that to finalize an estate can be a lengthy process especially when there are disputes. It has been well over 2years since the passing of my husband and nothing has been resolved. I had to sell my property due to lack of communication from the executors. The money to settle on the property was affordable but the executors kept all the info to themselves up until a point when I got summoned by the court. It is impossible to get hold of anyone either by email or phone. I do understand that I'm not the only one but the communication process is extremely poor not forgetting to mention the incompetence of the executor forgetting that they are actually dealing with people's lives. I wouldn't advice anyone to choose ABSA as their executor. Their executors policy fees and term are quite attractive but their service is poor. I have lost almost everything because of sheer incompetence.
