Absa trust fund nightmare with Tlou Chokwe at Absa Watloo

Hi,

I'd like to lodge a complaint against the Absa Watloo branch at the trust fund department. I have a trust fund that I've had since my mother passed away in 2012, now I'm at tertiary and staying on my own. I've been trying so many times to contact Tlou Chokwe who's been assigned by Absa to manage my account and help me with my monthly needs by allocating funds according to my monthly needs. Since last year I've been going to the department to look for Tlou Chokwe and her assistant Khumo Choabi and everytime there's a different story about the account, even the balance fluctuates everytime we enquire. Recently I asked Tlou to rather close this account and pay my remaining funds into my absa savings account so I can manage the money myself and to date I still struggle to find her and her colleague. I'm stuck because I don't have any source of income to be able to live a normal life on a monthly basis. I've attached emails where I've tried to locate Tlou and her colleague with no success and that has left me with no choice but to lodge a complaint as I need money right now.
