ABSA TRUST ********** ACTIONS

We have a challenge with ABSA inability to close my mother estate since the year 2020 when they sited backlog as the reason for the delay. We are on year 2022 and still silence about the issue, someine please help us. How long does it take to execute an estate, we do not believe it is two years with no communication. If there is someone who can assist, we will highly appreciate, and will urge all those with estates with ABSA Trust to change for the benefit of the family. ABSA Trust has no interest in solving this problem as they told us we have no proof that they are unable to prove their lack of capabilities. Please help please help please help, we were dependant on our mother, life has been unbearable because of ABSA. If I had any means necessary, we wouldve escalated this matter, but as a black person in South Africa, one will always be subject to such inhuman action.
