Absa Trust fail to pay beneficiary's Rent for 2nd time in 6 months

My son is a beneficiary of a road accident fund that was put into ABSA trust. The service I have been receiving from Absa trust in Waterloo is nothing but pathetic. They take weeks to respond to emails. Nobody is ever available to discuss any queries and today for the second time in 6 months, I've been advised that my son's rent wasn't paid. They have been paying his rent every month before the 31st and just like that no rent paid for January 2020. No warning, no explanation... nothing!! And nobody is ever available to assist you there and then. There is always this "48 hour" turn around time they always refer to, but in a case where rent hasn't been paid and the landlord is harassing the beneficiary for payment - this should surely take priority!! There is no priority with Absa Trust. You are just a number and they will get back to you when they are good and ready to, regardless of whether its urgent or not!! Anyone wishing to invest with Absa Trust, please reconsider! They think they're doing you a favor by holding onto YOUR money, which they are also receiving compensation for. I HATE dealing with Absa Trust!!
