Absa Trust Estate intake is a JOKE

To not go into to much details - Absa is the executor for my grandfathers estate. They have been dragging their feet - first my step mom logged the estate - they did not collect all the info - i then started following up and was given the run around from Melanie Bekker to Elmarie De Beer then Audrey Dineo Kola and Antionette Fourie (which out of the office reply says she will be back on July ) I just have a few simple questions and now they send me document to register the estate? They have all this info - what is going on ABSA ? try calling this number +27 860 110 287 held on for 25 minutes without my call being answered - losing a loved one is hard enough now to try and finalize and estate while you cannot get hold of anyone?

Please guys we need closure
