Absa trust

Morning peter can you please help me with absa bank my brother son Nqubeko khumalo he has trust with absa so 2 weeks back my brother son passed on when I go to court they gave me a letter that allowed me to get all statements from absa bank I was surprised when I arrived at absa vryheid they give me only one statement the other for statement for trust they said that they don't have it i must call the trust fund myself and I have the trust deed other thing trust fail to give us the money to bury the person who is the owner of the trust they told us the money will be disinvested in two weeks but even today we didn't received anything we are in debts now cause we borrowed money to bury the owner of the trust hoping that they will pay us back when we call they don't answer our calls and we trying to emailing them they don't respond we supposed to report to master of high court in 14 days but we can not because absa failed us to giving statement from trust. Peter can you help me please
