ABSA TRUST - Don't Trust them with your Estate

Bad experience with ABSA trust. This matter is ongoing now for 3 years and still no resolve. They finally got the letter they needed and said it will take 5 working days.. Now 2 months later still nothing. They don't even respond to my emails. Totally ignore me. Only when I copy in my friend at another big trust, might they respond. Really bad service. They really don't care about the small guys. Easy to take the money from the estate, but when you need their help again, they don't care.

I am going to move my mothers estate away from them because if this is the service level in sorting an estate, I don't want them in my corner.
