Absa trust department not wanting to deal with a will filed with them

My stephfather nj dorfling id *** passed in december 2021 and i personally went to absa horison and spoke to mr Andre Visagie and enquired about how to register his death. He said he has nothing to do with deceased estates i must talk to mr van wyk but i will have to wait an hour as he will only be back in the office then. I proceeded to avbob but they refused me a copy on instruction from their client mr Werner landsberg as he has a power of attorney signed by my stephfather that myself Deon and my sister in law Erika Landsberg agreed he handle all Nic Dorflings bank statements pension funds payments and we have no knowledge of this document. As per my mothers will whom absa handled her estate scanned number *** dated 22/7/02 signed 22/8/2002 it states that mr Dorfling can stay in the property untill he pass or get married again thereafter the property must be sold and each of her 4 children the proceeds must be divided equally. I question the following. Absa trust for unknown reason no longer wants to deal with the estate as it was transferred to an attorney in kempton park. Question the entire will as the signitures are not absa staff members as the deceased was admitted to a care facility 2 days before the will was changed by the deceased and the facility confirmed that he was not signed out by anyone and he also has no vehicle as he could no longer drive or look after himself. The staff member whos names appear on the will dates of birth is not even theirs so I contend that the will is valid and want absa to investigate this matter urgently. I have previously took the matter to this platform and absa closed the matter without a valid reason. I do not know the way forward but i am sure absa would be able to advise me accordingly.
