ABSA Trust - Deceased Estates.
This must be the worst company to appoint and handle a deceased estate. I was informed that there was an unpaid life insurance policy of my late father. I have been trying for the last 6 months to obtain copies of the estate documents but to no avail. The only reply received (if you are fortunate to receive it) they will let you know when they have the information. I have been an ABSA client for 35 years now but I am seriously doubting my loyalty to them.
