ABSA Trust-Beyond bad service
ABSA Trust - Even in a country where bad service is the norm, the service from ABSA Trust in dealing with my Father's Estate, sets a new low for bad service! Nobody ever answers their phones. No feedback for 6 months until I contacted the ABSA Trust Ombudsman and then they requested documents again that was sent December 2021 and tries to make it my fault that they did nothing with it for 11 months!
