Absa Trust Bad Service

Very bad service.

My dad had his will with Absa Trust , we have submitted all required documents to them and still we have not heard anything from them until now. Their phones are always off and we can't get hold of anyone who will assist us with this matter. We are in the third month not getting any feedback from Absa Trust. Their services is so unprofessional and they don't care about customer satisfactory.

They don't carry out their work with Sinobuntu, excellency and integrity .
