Absa was the executors of my Grandmothers will . I was a ****show from the get go as ASBSA provided preferential treatment and communication to certain heirs . This resulted in me being omitted from time sensitive communication , said hers had been listed as points of contacts on trusts allocated to me which took allot of work to rectify is I wasn't getting communication . There wire allot of abnormalities and clear contraventions of the administration of wills act ,explicitly in regards to being allowed to be present during the registration of movable and immovable assets . Absa allowed certain heirs to manage access to the estate and assets , thus preventing me from taking an account of personal belongings . Heirs were allowed to remove items from my grandmother's house without any consent , and only after threatening to call the police were some of these items returned . There as a ABSA agent tagging along in all the communication , aslo seeming to provide preferential treatment to the heirs who had control over the assets , when it came to sell my grandmothers car , lo and behold there was only one buyer , said absa agent . After the sale of the vehicle he was never to be hear of again . An alarming issue was also the fact that they kept sending personal information and forms to the wrong email addresses , compromising the security of the estate After lodging a complaint to their complaints department , they closed the case and simply told me that my form we're "re-submitted" and I could expect expect to wait another year or two for this to conclude , and the matter of the complaint is resolved . I've had to seek legal council to simply get paid out and put a stop to their delay and deflection tactic .
Best regards,
