ABSA Trust

I would like to close the trust account I have with ABSA as I am unhappy and struggling. I asked for a property in 2018 promises were made but no action. I was supposed to get R4500 on the 24th from my trust account, I went to the ATM even the next day nothing, my kids are not going to school, I am homeless because I could not pay rent and I have to go around asking for money so I can buy food for my kids. To date I am still waiting. What happened to the money in my trust account? Because I did not get interest from the account. My kids don't have Christmas clothes or uniform for the next year of I ask for assistance I am told to send proof, how do I send proof to sayu kids need Christmas clothes or school uniform?
