Absa trust a nightmare

My brother has a trust with Absa after he received a payout from Raf, they refusing to buy him a house or car and they acting as if that money is theirs, you complain about their service but nothing gets done, there are payments on my brother's statement that they can't even answer as to what they were for. I once asked why they were treating my brother like a beggar and I was told that his money is for medical expenses I asked why everyone else who receives money from Raf doesn't get treated that way. This trust business is nothing but a pain you live like a beggar whilst you have money and none of your needs are taken care of they don't get back to you in time you never find them on the phone I'm afraid my brother might one day take his life cause of all the stress these people are causing him. Please HELP
