Absa Trust a failure
Absa Trust has been ***** in making a property purchase from a beneficiary’s trust fund. I have been taken pillar to post since October 2017. The matter also failed it’s own Ombudsman to carry forward.

I prefer that you speak directly to Sentsho Maema ***) and he will be able to set you into the right direction. Kindly take note that the trust is of a minor beneficiary, not a deceased...

I just want to state one motion that was of highest priority, that led to my despair...
On 4th June 2018, I signed an ‘Offer to Purchase Agreement’ with Pam Golding Properties in Parys, after I have spotted an appropriate property, and also after Sentsho Maema’s instructions to choose a house of my choice. The agreement was binding and was terminated on the 2nd of July 2018 and the agreement was breached. Yet still, I have more time of grace to make a purchase to the chosen house. If in case this process of assistance takes action, I would like the Offer of Purchase be reinstated as soon as possible... The deadline is 9th July 2018...
