ABSA TRUST

The level of unprofessionalism I am experiencing at Absa Trust is unbelievable! If only my grandmother was alive to change executorship because this is ridiculous! My grandmother passed away June 2020, it is a complicated matter however I managed to get Absa all the documentation, all the information they requested and since February 2022 I am still waiting to get feedback on my request. The lines ring unanswered, they block calls! the emails also I don't get a response! if absa cannot finalize the estate can they relieve themselves and I will get another company to assist us. Its been frustrating and also my uncle depended on my grandmother and since her passing its been difficult to help him as I have been affected by the pandemic, we need the estate finalized.
