Absa trust

I have been experiencing a lot of disservice with the absa trust. My daughter was in an accident and the RAF transferred the funds to absa trust of which I was in support of as the funds are meant to care for my ailing child. Currently my daughter can not even get funds to take her to see a Dr, no clothes, no proper school for children with the same disability, no home as we are receiving 2500 monthly stipend which only goes towards our rent. I have requested for a permanent home from them for my daughter even just funds to take her to see a Dr are not coming through, instead I get shoved from pillar to post. I horrified with the level of service that we are receiving . We are currently homeless as the supposed 2500 not only is it going for rent but we have to eat and clothe my daughter from it.
