Absa transaction verification on the Absa APP, useless!

Your new app is useless, every time I need to verify a transaction, I get no network available error - regardless if I'm on wifi or cellular data - leaves your customers with a red face, when urgent payments should be done. Not happy!

Do not even get me started on your 'competent' call center.

Are you going to help, or should I go to the bank that asks, how can they help - Car finance and bond in tow.
