Absa took vehicle insurance on my behalf and debited extra than normal instalment

Absa debited more than normal on my car instalment when i enquired i was told that they took insurance on my behalf. I was not informed about firstly that i will be debited more this month and secondly that they are taking insurance on my behalf. Now i am finding myself in a situation whereby kids don’t have food in the house as they took my grocery money. I have never missed my vehicle payment nor my insurance with my current insurance company. I now have two insurances which i is not legal in SA to have the same asset covered by two different insurances. My personal details were used without my consent and provided to the insurance company that i dont even know of. I am deeply frustrated by Absa and i will never take vehicle finance with them they are worse.
