Absa took uif

I would like to make an complaint regarding absa bank I have been unemployed since Covid started and only received uif funds last week into my bank account absa took all of it now I am sitting with no money for food

I asked absa for help regarding matter and they blatantly refused at walmer absa branch as well as online help

I am not disputing that I do owe them and have approached them for assistance as nobody asks to be in this situation unemployed

I asked them to reverse debit orders to no avail

Yet they advertise if you got problem you must approach them,bunch of lies as when you approach them you might as well 've speaking to a wall

Nobody asked for Covid and they blatantly stole my uif funds out my bank account despite me asking for assistance ,I have been client with absa many a year but after this treatment in my time of need I don't think I will be client anymore as they false advertise and who gave them right to take my uif funds and leave me with nothing to survive
