ABSA took pensioner's last money and forced to wait 30 days for refund

<p>My mother had policy with ABSA insurance. The policy was cancelled effective 01/11/2016, of which the last premium was supposed to be deducted end of October 2016. Today another premium was deducted, close to R600. ASBA NEVER CANCELLED POLICY?? Was informed this morning by ABSA that we now have to wait 30 days for refund. This is ABSURD and THEFT!!!. This was my mother's last money in her bank account. WHY MUST SHE BE PENALISED FOR ABSA's NEGLIGENCE????????????????</p>
