ABSA TOOK MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT. INSURNACE

Absa deducted my vehicle finance account for insurance. They did not inform me of this. They did not bother to ask me or call me or mail me to ask me if I have insurance. Since I was 19 years old I had car insurance. Now it's a mission to get feedback from them as I want my money refunded. I do have insurance and I signed nowhere to give permission to absa to do this so I consider this theft. I want a manger to call me and to make arrangements for refund. And I want this in 24 hours. I am very upset that no one mailed or called me to ask me if I have insurance. when you buy a car you cant even remove it from the dealership without showing proof of insurance. I have a child to support and currently absa is responsible for taking money that's suppose to feed my baby. so what do I do now???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
